Just so I don't forget before I have a late breakfast.

Weight this morning is 194 (down .4 pounds)
% of body fat is 43.2

Something else I need to get down is the body fat, hopefully exercising will help that. I was not able to do the wii fit balance games last night because of another coughing attack. I am going to try again this morning after I have had something to eat because currently the room is shaking and I am hoping it is just from lack of food.

Oh, dinner last night was chicken nuggets my husband made (along with a migraine because he accidentally set off the smoke detector using the oven) two glasses of sprite because the nuggets were too peppery and then a bag of rye chips because I love them and I rarely get them.
